Interview with Hamilton Bell

Hamilton Bell was hired as the diversity specialist at Simley High School to combat racial incidents that had occurred in previous years. In this 2022 interview, described his day-to-day life and some of his experiences at Simley working to bring more diversity to the schools in Inver Grove Heights and lessen the unfairly negative stereotypes facing minority students.
